Correcting and BUSY for Work

Today I had to be at work by 9:00. so got to sleep in one extra hour, that always helps. It was HOT today with humidity so it wasn't comfortable to be outside. High was 90. Summer is here, storms are still happening, but our area seems to be missing them so far. We don't even get rain most of the time that everyone else gets.

Most of the morning I corrected what I did wrong yesterday. It just wasn't my day. The work the engineers have been doing came to me today. Making copies for the "books" that we give out to the state and builders can be time consuming and they gave me 3 hrs to get it done when I got it. I stayed till 3:30 which will help in the missing time I'll be gone on Friday. I don't get paid the whole time I'm gone, so I'll take what I can get. My lady boss took over and called me at 5 saying she got it all done and it's in the mail. That's great! We made the deadlines.

I had to get to Verizon before the traffic got bad, but didn't make it. Traffic is so bad around here by 4:00. I did get the battery and it cost nothing, which was surprising. I also picked up a few little items and came home. I beat Jim home which was surprising. I did some ironing then got back on RV-Dreams to see where people are and how close they are to Branson.

Excitement is building.
