Flea Market - Refrigerator - RV Visitor - Party

Auburndale, FL ( Hi 70  Lo 57)

I'm really liking the game darts. It's challenging but not physical except for a muscle in the arm can get tight if you do it for a long period of time. I have 22g darts but wanted more instructions. We went to the flea market where a guy has a dart board and he can tell what is needed for better accuracy. I bought 24g darts and got some basic instructions on how to throw them. Now I need to get to the clubhouse and work with them more. The flea market was packed. We went last summer and there were very few vendors, now it's full of people and vendors and hard to get around. We didn't buy anything else. (Click on the pictures to enlarge).

On the way back home we went to Lowe's and I found the refrigerator I've had my eye on for the past few months. It was on sale so I bought it. It was delivered on Monday and the guy that does our household repairs came on Tuesday to install the water line, raised the cabinet above it and and put in a couple faucets for us.
Measuring it twice.

Yep, it fit perfectly. He even moved the handles to the left. What a huge difference between the two refrigerators. It's the small things in life that are great. Just putting in the faucets make life so much easier. The one in the kitchen would turn real hard and then spray at you at times. I never knew when I'd be getting a bath. The one in the bathroom was hard to turn on and leaking.  We're all set until we figure out something else to change.

We had a special visitor with us this week. Darlene and Jim came from an RV park in Wachula for the day. Darlene is on the chatroom for several years. They followed our blog and decided to go fulltime RV'ing in December. They are in Florida for a couple months. She visited while I was in the hospital two years ago with the knee replacement. I wasn't up to par, but was so glad she came by on this trip to Florida. This visit was so much fun and we'll see them again when they get to Tampa in a few weeks. Thank you for coming, see you soon. They have started a blog, click here.  Please give them support in readership.

We also had a birthday party for a couple of the gals in the park. Kathy and Peggy.
We had a lot of laughs and fixed the world's problems. We'll have to do it again this month for another birthday party.

Something happened to our park water lines that broke, so our maintenance man from the park was trying to fix it in the back of our yard. It's the water line to water the lawns.  After a couple hours he had the water back on. It was the same time we had our water off to fix the faucets. I'd call that bad timing.
The docks are being repaired from hurricane Irma.  The little barge is going up and down the canal and no one has put the motor on it yet. (The county is suppose to supply them one). They use long poles to go up and down the canal to get to the docks.
This is the broken dock debris  from the hurricane. They dump the trailer every few hours.
It's been another great week. See you next Saturday.
