Taxes - Dealer Info

Today was a kick back day for me reading the RV-Dreams forum and blogs.

Jim decided to do the taxes. They didn't take enough out of my checks so had to pay if I was to file alone. With Jim's we got a bit back and got a some back from state so we're set to go. You can now put it in your checking account. I don't like the idea but it beats trying to send it to my sister or the new mail place then have them send it to us. We'll just keep an eye on the accounts.

It was really windy all day but we didn't feel it too often. The gusts sometimes would rock us a bit. We're getting use to the rocking since every time we move it rocks.

Dealer: Ok, here's the scoop on the dealer. Jim called and the guy we were dealing with in the maintenance is now gone. Now, we went through three salesmen while we were getting the RV now we're going through different maintenance people for the repairs. He knew of our repairs but didn't have a clue where they stood with the factory on the parts. He's going to call us back when he finds out. Now we'll have to stay on his case to get answers. So we wait some more.

We went for a walk, which was too cold for my taste. The wind is brutal but we did a couple laps around the park. There's a really pretty 1965 truck with the 1966 yellow color and the guy was just pulling into his place. We talked to him for several minutes. Everyone here is so friendly.

I hope you continue to read our blog, we won't be here forever. Everyday is just getting closer to "getting on the road". In the meantime, we're happy, content, and warm.
