Moose - Taxes

I thought I'd start out with pictures that was sent to me from Rowdy. Rowdy is a regular in the RV-Dreams.com Chatroom. He's in Fairbanks, Alaska and sees a lot of moose. These are around his place and they like staring in the window to see what the family are doing. Check out the size of the male moose. You don't see these everyday in the lower 48. We love listening to Rowdy and the temperatures they have, makes us feel so much warmer. Thanks Rowdy for the pictures.

At 11:00 we took off for Cary to do our laundry. We got all the way there and noticed we didn't have the key or the cards to use in the washers with us. We went to the mailbox to get our mail then over to mom's. She wanted to go to Staples for her card making stuff then decided to do her taxes. She didn't think she had to file but didn't want to take a chance. At 87 you'd think no one at that age would have to file, but we took her to the senior citizen building and three hours later she was done and had to pay quite a bit. Don't ask, I don't know why. Now that's over and she's good for another year.

We still didn't hear a thing from the dealer. Jim will call again tomorrow, we'll have to stay on it.

We got back to the RV about 5:00 so supper was in order then staying warm the rest of the night. It was very windy and it didn't get much above 38 today. It's going to stay cold for another week or two.
