What I SHOULD be Doing

What a great day. I didn't have to go to work till noon, so woke up several times before actually getting up at 10:00. Weather was great, high 83 and sunny all day. I like Wednesdays, it's a kick back morning. Work was sitting with the internet trying to find Environmental/Civil Engineers. I posted again on Craigslist and within minutes I had 5 responses, by the end of the day there were 23. Now the boss has a few to go through for employment. It's a good thing, I was worried about getting laid off in June, that's not even a consideration anymore.

When I got home Jim was already here. He called someone to check out our hot water heater. It's been 12 years and almost every condo has had theirs replaced. With a 12 day trip coming up we didn't want to take chances, plus it's not getting super hot anymore. Jim will have a day off on Friday, so they'll install it. Another project will be done.

I put in the title today what I should be doing. I got up this morning and thought I should be doing is sorting stuff for the trip. Then I was thinking today what I really do each day.

I should be doing:
beading, making up decorations, or jewelry, or just making up all those beads that are in the living room storage compartments.

I should be doing:
housework, cleaning the floors, bathrooms, all the window sills

I should be doing:
getting the computer emails from rv-basics sorted out for future use

I should be doing:
those photo albums and getting them scanned onto CD's.

BUT what I'm really doing is:
Chatting with RV-Dreams chatters
Puzzles from jigzone
Playing games or reading emails from rv-basics

I have no reason why I do what I do, but I'm enjoying it. Maybe lazy, maybe just not interested.

Days left to buy the RV/truck 3 yrs 7 days

Sounds like to me you are ready for retirement. You should be well acclimated to that style of living by the time it gets here.

Have a great day

You are going to be a great fulltimer. It's fun to make up the schedule as you go and do only what you want, when you get good and ready.

Hugs, Karon

We can hardly wait for you, Jim, and Joe and Sherri to be able to go with us on some adventure. You are going to be so organized, maybe it will rub off on us.
