A few days ago I took a picture of our road sign. It looked like it had bullet holes in it, but it's only some kind of growth. I cleaned it today. The back side of it was almost totally unreadable. It's now nice and clean. Thanks to 409 cleaning solution it was an easy cleanup. Here's before and after photos.
The rest of the day I did some trip planning on the internet for our trip to Canada next summer. We're going to visit Sandra, an RV-Dreamer chatroom friend. We want to see Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick . While in New Brunswick we plan to meet Elaine and Rick, more RV-Dreams friends. They are selling their house, but they tell me they'll be around to show us the area. Since we're so close to Nova Scotia, and if we have time, we'd like to see a little of that area. (I had a ball using Google Maps Street View. It lets you "travel" down the road and see everything around you just like you're in your car.) We'll return to the U.S. in Maine, then head back down through New England, over to Chicago and St. Louis to see our grand kids, over to Indiana for a friend's wedding, and who knows where to after that. When you have wheels you have so many choices.
If any of our readers have traveled to eastern Canada and into New Brunswick, we'd sure love to hear about the RV parks you stayed in on your travels. I found a few online, but I'm sure there's some nice ones that are not listed. Feel free to email me at my email address at the top of this blog. I'd love to hear from you.
The NASCAR race was going on while I was working on the trip. It's already almost dark and the race isn't over yet. I'm going to read a few more blogs then get in chat to close out another week......in paradise.
