Perry, GA -Day 4 Traveling home

Another start in the dark. We got up at 6:00 on the road and breakfast by 7:00. Traffic wasn't as bad as we thought it would be this time of morning. The morning sunrise was bright red again, more storms must be on the way. We took another route home by going I75 to Atlanta then on I85 to the East. All was going well, until Jim went left instead of right and we ended up DOWNTOWN Atlanta at RUSH hour. It took an extra 30 minutes to get out of town. We did see the destruction from the tornado on Saturday night. The windows were out of the tall buildings and the signs along the road were in a crumpled mess. The rest of the day went well. We got home about 5:00 and went out to dinner with our friends. After putting things away, I got on the rv-dreams chat room. Since I had to connection, I'll be catching up on the blogs and the emails.

Thanks again to Charles and Ethel for a wonderful time, great meal and all the knowledge of
what to look for in our future endeavors.

Here's a few pictures of the layout we're HOPING to get. Models considered, Hitchhiker, Holiday Rambler, Excel, Mobile Suites.

Dee, I must have missed this entry? I read the one above and did not see any pictures...DAH! OK now I see. What do you think about the wrap-a-round kitchen layouts. That is the one we have and we really like it for all the room you have to prepare food. Some kitchens do not give you enough room to make a sandwich? If you are living in one you need all the room you can get.
