Yearly Medical Appointments - More Storms

Shalimar, FL   (Hi 93  Lo 77)   High humidity all week 81% or more

Sunday nothing  new or different things happened this week, but still staying busy.

Monday I helped decorate the dining room for Father's day. There were enough people that we were done in an hour.  (Click on the photos to enlarge).   Theme was camping.

After I was done with decorating, I had gym time with a "trainer". She gave me more ideas to strengthen  without hurting the knees. I won't be doing any more time with her till I really need her. The hardest thing to do is walk frontwards and backwards with your eyes closed. That's going to take some practice, it's good for balance.

Tuesday diamond art and wellness. I also had a zoom learning about quantum healing. I hear it a lot, just didn't under stand it.

Wednesday I played cards. It's so good to get back to the group and it was fun. This game is hand, knee and foot that I learned it in the RV'ing days.

Thursday ended up really interesting. I had a dermatology appointment. The first of a group of yearly medical appointments. It was scheduled at 10:00. I got a call that the doctor was sick and I  needed to change my appointment. I made it for 10:00 on Tuesday next week.  I didn't hurry getting up, I was still laying in bed trying to wake up.  (It's not easy these days).  Five minutes later I get a call from my dentist that they had a cancellation and wanted me to come in at 10:00. I took it and got there 2 hours later.  (I move fast when I have to).  I found out when I got there that my original appointment was next Tuesday, ut oh, double booked, same day, same hour. I'm glad that all fell into place. My teeth are great, still dealing with the root canal, but she said it was so deep into the sinuses it's going to take awhile for the nerve to die. I made it to the crochet group on time and the rest of the afternoon was making a sheep for my last "ordered" manger set.

Friday six of us folded the monthly newsletters we do every month. There's six buildings to cover, and 64 per building, so it's nice to have that one person per building folding them, it took an hour. I had my hair appointment 45 minutes later, so I got my hair cut for summer, my favorite four clipper setting. No more worry about styling. I worked with neighbor on another puzzle and it's a slow process.

Saturday I cleaned the apartment floors.  I helped a neighbor with getting airline tickets for her trip northeast this summer. That's not easy either.  It took awhile, then we went to Niceville back to the pizza place we both love, Marco's.  I got home and worked on my own puzzle then went to happy hour.

Sorry for less photos, I know people like those better. Next week is slammed with time schedules.
