Sunday was the final of the hockey game of the season and Hurricanes (NC) won another championship. I used to work the games as an order taker and was there at the champion game. It's loud, it's electric and great place to be.

Monday I didn't have much to do so my neighbor came over and we finished the puzzle, it's six out of 8 lighthouses set that we're doing . So we finished hers too. She also finished one in 5 hours during the night. That's dedication. Now we're doing the last two of the set.
Tuesday the normal diamond art, and wellness class. We've started a class on "How to Heal Yourself". It's going to be awhile till everyone learns the technique, but knowing what your body needs and taking action is a world of difference.
They took out the pool table and indoor shuffle tables from our "game room" and moved them to another room. There was plenty of help.
I finished my tiger diamond art. It's really pretty, photo doesn't do it justice.
Wednesday I had planned on going to cards, but it was raining so hard and I don't like getting out or driving the car in hard rain when it's not really necessary, so I did laundry and caught up a lot on computer stuff. I'm trying to sort and get rid of things no longer needed. It was a great time to do it. I also watched storm chasers the next two days chasing tornadoes. There were a couple that was big and dangerous, but luckily no one killed or hurt badly. People are watching the weather closer and it's a good thing. This is beginning of tornado, taken from TV screen. Little funnel
That turned into a full tornado
They had the B's BBq truck here and it's the best tasting BBQ I've had in a very long time. I'm glad I bought two meals. This little bird took refuge from the hard rain on my downspout.
Thursday I did get to crochet group in another village, no rain. I then did computer help, it's when people come for help with Ipads or phones. We had four people needing help and we got it all done for them.
Friday I went to coffee talk. It wasn't as good as some of them. Depends on the topics. We had several people and an hour long. Topics were what was your favorite thing to do in the summer as a kid, and did you have a garden (or do you have one now).
Saturday was the big day! We had senior care fair bringing in a lot of vendors like hospice, care centers, rehab help, meals on wheels and many others. I had my own table with little ducks and end of life paperwork.
