Massage - Ideas for summer - Zooms

Shiloh, IL (Hi 61   Lo 38)

This was a blah week and it wasn't good for the mood. It rained off and on all week. Last weekend was great going to Kentucky and that made this week even worse on the way I felt. I stayed busy all week with the crocheting and puzzles. I'm still trying to learn the guitar but spent a lot of time on recorded TV shows and many youtube videos. I'm looking for how people (younger of course) stay in cars while traveling everywhere instead of motels. It's one of the options I'm thinking to save on the high cost of motels while traveling this summer. It's a thought for the summer months. Seeing people and getting out on the road.

Tuesday I had my monthly massage and chiropractor appointment. I feel so much better when they both can work on my neck. It's only worse with the rain and colder weather, but at least I have relief and can go more then once a month if needed. I was lucky to find both in the same office.

Friday nights is the North Carolina zoom with our friends in NC. I love meeting up with the group. We've been together since 1999. When we lived in NC for many years we always met up on Friday nights and now we still can with zoom.  Jerry, Dee, Gary in the clouds, and Selene and Hank. I love Gary's background. He has a green sheet up behind him and does his background is different every week.

I'm still doing a zoom with the widows group of gals nightly. It helps with the long evenings before going to bed.

There's not a whole lot going on till it gets warmer. I did get a call from Hospice here in town, the one I used for Jim to ask if I was still interested in working in the office. I go on April 6 to talk with them and get me signed up for volunteering. Monday will  be our anniversary, so I'll be with our son for the day. I just don't want to be alone.

Shalimar, FL  (Hi 64  Lo 40)   This week went so slow. When you're retired the days get all mixed up and some go so slow you skip a day...
