More Rain - Memorial Day - Crocheting

Auburndale, FL (Hi 89  Lo 73)

The tropical storm Alberto missed us.  It went more west of us and we were like a dome very little rain. The little dot  on the map is our location. It was all around us most of the time. We got about an inch of rain. The rains after the storm passed was more like three inches.  We're in the rainy season, it will rain at least once a day till fall.

This has been a quiet week.  We had Linda over for steak dinner and we visited awhile. Memorial Day we were going to the clubhouse for potluck dinner, but Jim saw online that Logan Roadhouse had free dinner for the military. We headed to Kissimmee for a great meal.

The normal week with darts, shuffleboard in between rain and storms we've tried to stay busy this week. Jim is still walking everyday for his two to four mile walks. The humidity is high, so he's taking it easy but still out walking between showers.

Some new shows on TV are coming on for the summer. America's got talent and Reverie is the two main ones we'll be watching.

I've been crocheting orders and working on ideas for the craft show. Little turtle pin cushion.

Next week will be my birthday, more planned.
