Movie Day

(Edwardsville, IL) Hi 61 Lo 48 -- We had the morning to ourselves, then went to Frank's to pick up the grand kids for a movie. Kendall (the younger one) was too tired to go with us since he had a friend overnight, so Kyle went with us to see The Judge.

It's a good movie, with a very dramatic story involving family conflict and a murder trial. Robert Downey Jr and Robert Duvall were really good and we wouldn't be surprised if one or both of them are nominated for an Oscars. We took Kyle back home and visited with the rest of the family for a while then headed home. We picked up an Imo's pizza on the way for dinner. Imo's is a local brand in the St. Louis area. They have a unique style and flavor and we always look forward to getting one when we're here.

We switched back and forth between the NASCAR race and the Cardinals playoff game all evening.
