Bozeman

(Three Forks, MT) Hi 77 Lo 51 -- We wanted to explore Bozeman so we took off mid morning to check it out. We found a well-stocked wine and spirits store (had to stock up on my wine and Jim's bourbon), then went to lunch across the parking lot to one of our favorite places, Buffalo Wild Wings.

After lunch we drove to a nearby mall cinema to see the movie "Into the Storm."

It was an entertaining movie, but quite over the top in some of the tornado scenes. It was better than the movie "Twister" that came out years ago. They mixed in some scenes of real tornadoes with the Hollywood special effects. We both really liked it.

We came out of the theater and it was raining outside, so we walked around the mall for a while, then headed to The Smiling Moose Deli, a local place, for a light dinner. It's a great place to have simple sandwiches. We got home without any rain and settled in for the evening.

See you tomorrow.

I liked Twister way back when so I was wondering about this one. Sounds like one I'd like to see.

The best place to view a tornado is from a comfortable theatre seat!!
