(Hoover, AL) Hi 68 Lo 45 -- Jim wanted to see the movie 42 today, so we went for the early showing. I'm not a baseball fan, but I really enjoyed seeing the story of Jackie Robinson. And Jim really loved it!
A few scenes in the movie were filmed at Rickwood Field, where we visited yesterday. We immediately recognized it. Cool! They did a great job on the movie, and it may be an Oscar contender at the end of the year.
The rain that we knew was coming came through while we were in the movie theater. We went back to the RV for the rest of the afternoon and evening. I packed up the stuff we used this week and got ready for our move tomorrow Huntsville, AL. We'll be staying at a military campground at the Redstone Arsenal. A dear friend of ours lives in Huntsville, so we're looking forward to our one-week stay.

I pretty much always like any movie that includes Harrison Ford.
