(Avon Park, FL) Hi 82 Lo 60 -- I had to get up early to be at the dentist at 9:30. So far every time we've been to our dentist we've had to wait, sometimes a long time. I was just about ready to leave at 11:00 when they finally called me in. They take people that are in pain first that's usually the reason they get behind. Can't really complain about that I guess. Someday I may be the one in pain. I had a filling done and a temporary crown put in that took an hour and half. I go next week to get the permanent crown put in. I went in without pain and came out really hurting. :(
About the only thing I did today was my walk. It got hot and muggy during the afternoon. Tomorrow it's suppose to rain and cool down a bit. Spring starts tomorrow, so hopefully winter will clear out of the midwest before we get there in three weeks.

I only like going to the DDS to get a cleaning. Tomorrow is root canal day..fun stuff :(
I hope that you don't have a root canal, Dee. They are a main cause of inflammation in the body.
Covering up a dead tooth invites problems.
I learned that as a dental nurse, years ago. My granddaughter called me today and we were discussing just that, as she is going through dental school, and it is now a proven fact.
The dentists still want to do root canals, as it is extra $$ for them.
