Day with Family

(Beaufort, NC) Hi 78 Lo 60 - We both slept later today. There's never a sound through the night here. The house is on a dead end street so only the people that live here go by. It's a great place to live and better yet, it's going up for sale fully furnished.

We watched TV and did our normal morning routine.  Mid-morning we went to Morehead City to take Sharon to her doctor. She broke her foot recently so she went to have it checked. It's healing well, just takes time. We then went to Jim's mom's apartment where she cooked us a dinner of flounder and shrimp casserole. There's nothing better then southern cooking, and she does it well.  Thanks Alberta for a great dinner.

We came back to the RV and just chilled the rest of the night.  We didn't do much today. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, but we have some interesting plans the rest of the week.

I want to be the first to request the recipe for flounder and shrimp casserole!! It sounds scrumptious!
