Resting Up from Yesterday's Activities (Troy, MO)

Our time is coming to an end to be with my sister Doris, but we'll be here again next year. We saw her briefly today in between her dog training sessions and the hard rains.  We saw a very unusual cloud formation as a roll of clouds came over that was across the whole Western sky.  There were no severe weather warnings, but by the way it looked we weren't so sure there wouldn't be later in the day.  Nothing but rain so far.

I spent the day reading blogs and working with  pictures again.  I took a LOT of pictures this month and I needed to tag and label them. That's quite a job.  Time went real fast today.  I also saw the new show we recorded,  "Persons Unknown."  That's my type of show and I sat breathless watching it!

Jim here... Pardon me while I interrupt your normally scheduled blog.  All you ladies out there, turn this blog over to your DH and leave the room.  OK, thanks... Hi guys.  Some of you have inquired about the RV earrings that I bought Dee for her birthday.  They're available here.  What you do is, order a pair of charms, along with a pair of ball posts, and they'll make them into earrings for you.  Or, if your lady is into charms, you can just order one of the charms for her.  Anyway, thought you'd appreciate the tip.  Now, go get your DW and let her finish the blog.  Thanks.

I saw clouds like that in Texas once. Golf ball sized hail followed. Good food for thought with the budget. We are living much less expensively on the road as we aren't buying things all the time. But there are expenses. We just bought a weed eater today for our little front lawn by our camp host space at Morro Strand State Beach.

We had pretty good sized hail down here in Dardenne Prairie yesterday, it didn't last long but rained pretty hard for a short while, That's basically weather here, if you don't what you get it will change shortly. Sam was going to go up to Fort Madison Ia. to photograph trains for a couple days but put it off till the weather is better, He didn't want to drive 2 1/2 hours just to sit in the trailer. be safe out there, Sam & Donna.

Hey Dee.. I like your thinking on the budget ideas.

But-- because we already have the rig and all the costs associated with it, such as insurance and fuel and maintenance, our costs are doubled right now. So here is MY way of thinking:

Expenses are gonna be cut in HALF once we get rid of this house! LOL
