We all went to bed late last night so we slept until 8:30am this morning. It was time to deflate their bed and put it away. When you use the pump in reverse it takes the air back out FAST! They stayed on the bed and, as Kendall said, it "ate" them. We all laughed when they disappeared in the deflating bed.
We had pancakes for breakfast and then played more pickup sticks.
We cleaned things up and took them home at 11:00. We stayed at our son's for awhile getting caught up and making plans for next week.
We had planned to tow over to the dump station today, but decided our tanks aren't full enough yet, so we'll wait till next week. We're leaving on the 5th, but that may be too long to wait. We'll wing it. Speaking of tanks... For our RV'ing friends -- we're getting an odor whenever we use our shower. It happened previously just before we last dumped the tank, and once we dumped and used some chemicals it went away. It's now back, and only when we take a shower. This is the only issue with odors that we've had. Any ideas?
It's back to very hot again with high humidity. We didn't do anything the rest of the afternoon. It's quiet here and we miss the kids. What a fun time!

Looks like a good time was had by all!
One thought about your odor problem. You might want to check the vent pipe on the roof. If it's plugged up with debris, the tank gasses can't vent properly and will send odors into the RV. Just a thought.
Have fun.
Thanks Mary and Paul, Jim went up to check and it's clear. I just put in the soda and vinegar, so maybe that will help. It's so hot and very humid, so we're thinking that may be a factor. We're dumping tomorrow we KNOW that will take care of it.
I bet the grands had a blast and its something they will never for get.
Stay cool....
Haha ain't it great when kids can make an adventure outta something as simple as an inflatable bed? Gotta love em!
