More Rain -- Read with the Grandkids (O'Fallon, IL)

We had rain the entire night.  It was soothing most of the time but there's still those loud drops that hit the skylight and vent covers that wake me up.  It quit raining mid morning, but still cool and very dreary all day.

We didn't do anything today except back  up our laptops onto the external hard drive and the normal reading of blogs.  These kind of days are great, we have no complaints.  The only problem is, we don't have wi-fi here in this park so we've been using our Verizon MiFi to get online.  And if we continue at our current rate we'll be over the limit of 5mb for the two of us for this month.  In order to try to reduce our usage I have to cut down on Facebook games and anything that has streaming video (like You Tube).  Also, some of the blogs I read have music, which also increases usage.  It will be at least two more months that we have to use the MiFi, so we have to be very careful in what we do, but we'll catch up eventually.

Our son called to go out tonight for dinner so we met up with them at a local TGI Fridays.  After dinner they had an errand to do so we took the kids to Barnes & Noble to browse the childrens book section.  They both love to read.  It's our last time with them till we get back from my sister's in July.

That's about it for today.  Things will pick up this weekend as we prepare Tumbleweed on Saturday for our move to Troy, MO on Sunday..
