Still Selling Stuff - Last Day before Inspection

Another Monday, for those that don't know when it's Monday. We'll get there eventually. I got to work on time and both Mrs Boss and Mr Boss were there. It was a normal day, the meeting went well and I kept busy, so it was a fast good five hours.

I stopped at mom's to get a special dish she makes called Graham Cracker pudding. There's always something that your mom can do better then you, in my case it's about everything, but this pudding is really good. I then got a haircut. It's been two months and it was getting to long.

I had 11 emails from people wanting our stuff on Craigslist. I sold one item and at this writing waiting for two more to get off work to pick up a couple more items. I got an email from the Realtor reminding us of the inspection tomorrow, as if I would forget? I took out all the garbage but for some reason it wasn't picked up this morning, so this is the site by the dumpster. It's not good when you're having a new buyer coming in. I hope she doesn't see it, or it's gone early morning. They'll be here at 9:00am. I'll be leaving for work at 8:30 so they have 4 1/2 hours to do whatever they want to do.
I forgot to put up this picture yesterday of a neat old building that's still being used for sales of some kind. I love these old buildings. There's several around the area and I will be taking more pictures in the next few weeks before we leave the area.

We have one empty room now and the other one is ready to be taken to the apartment later this week.

Here's our thought on the apartment:
1. We didn't have enough money to get the fifthwheel without selling the condo.
2. We didn't have a place to put the RV until we found a park on Saturday.
3. We really wanted to order after working with the layouts the last four years.
4. The cost of the condo is getting higher every year and the chance of more assessments are getting more frequent. The property taxes are climbing and our wages are dwindling. Home owners fees are climbing every year.
5. We're to old to own this place, it's still 20 years to pay it off. We don't want to work that long.
6. We want the freedom of going other places if we get an apartment.

It's not like it use to be when your property gained in value. I think those days are gone.
Let's just hope our inspection goes well and we'll be gone in a few months. The excitement is keeping me hyper. Stay tuned I'll let you know when I know what the outcome will be.

Time left to get on the Road 23 weeks 6 days
(Just a reminder, this date is so we can get to Rockport, TX to meet up with RV-Dreams gathering by March 1)
