Snow, Snow and more SNOW

It started snowing a little after midnight. I was up and down a lot during the night. At 4:00 I couldn't go back to sleep but waited till my normal time of 6:30 to get up. Jim was already up and was watching the news. It seemed the roads were wet and slushy but nothing to worry about. He took the truck and I went on to work with no problems at all. This is the first big snow we've had since 2004. We had some dusting, but not like this, not sure how many inches, but reports here have been 2 inches. Everyone but one made it to work on time. The one that didn't lives an hour and half away.

This is my antenna, it's pretty with the snow just sticking to it.





These were little balls that were all over the ground and with snow on top of them, it was like little people with caps. Well, use your imagination. Pictures never do the justice of just how gorgeous it is today.

I left work at 1:00, picked up mom's meds a couple grocery items and went to her place for a bit. She needed some guidance on the emails and how to leave comments on blogs. She's doing really well with the blogs and computer. Good job mom.

I ironed and watched some TV shows that were piling up on the DVR. I also read a few blogs to catch up.
