It was a great morning, I got to sleep in till 9:30. I think I would have got up later if I wasn't so hungry. I read emails, and looked for the layout of our condo that the Realtor wanted. Yes, the Realtor came on time last night and we got all the papers signed. It's with ReMax which is the top Realtor in our area. I'm so excited knowing it's all out of our hands, now to get the price we need so we can buy the 5er. Mary Ann is her name and I may mention her from time to time. She's listing the condo for six months, then take it off the market and re-list in Jan if we need too. She was pleased with all the stuff we got out of here since October. I still have a few things to clear out, but a lot of it we'll need while we're both working. The rest will be gone in May when we take it all to the kids.Work was quiet. Mr Boss was gone all day and Mrs Boss was gone MOST of the afternoon. I'll have to figure out what to do tomorrow, I got all caught up today on the filing of the books I made yesterday.
Our friends that were coming for the weekend can't come. They were to leave today and he got the flu. They've cancelled for now. I'm disappointed but glad they weren't on the road when he got sick. They'll be down another time this summer. We'll be staying with them in May when we go up North with the U-Haul.
