Day Did not go as Planned

It was raining part of the morning and 44 degrees. The wind was blowing all day so it felt a lot colder. I couldn't sleep past 8:00 so got up, I know that's really early for me.

I read all my emails and even learned to put emails into different in boxes by name when they come in. I didn't get to the blogs. I finished cleaning up the computer room, took out the table and put it in the car and by that time it was lunch time.

The gal I work with called and we were going to go geocaching. She's never heard of it and she wanted something to do so we planned on going. It was just too cold, but I showed her the GPS (never had seen one) and decided to call the office to see if anyone was there so we could take the table today of tomorrow. The boss and the kids were all there putting stuff away so we both decided to drive to work to see how much was done and get our desks ready for tomorrow. I went back to my car and it was dead. So we moved the table and added a two drawer filing cabinet to take to the office. I drove the truck for the first time in months to get a new battery then on the office.

We learned really quick that we're going to have a rough week ahead. The IT guy was suppose to come at 1:00 then changed it to later in the afternoon so that means no computer access. The movers didn't put all the books up which they were suppose to do so the book carts are everywhere. I wish I took my camera, but didn't. I put away some mailing boxes and left. I'll have fun this week and in some ways I'm looking forward to it. I think I'll be back on my regular schedule, I forgot to ask. I know I'll be leaving at 1:00 tomorrow, mom has a dentist appointment, thank goodness.

When I got back home I tried the new software to put the scanned pictures to DVD's and it failed. I ate supper and read blogs till people started coming into the chatroom while watching the race. (thanks jenny, I added the racing this later).
