Jim got home late last night from a work conference in Florida. We both had trouble getting up this morning. It's Friday, it's payday, and it's Halloween, it can't get any better than that.
I used to dress up to go to work, but for the past several years that's not allowed. I miss the fun with the kids on Halloween and too far away from the grandkids. Someday, I'd like to be with them to go out and do the trick or treating.
Work was busy and it's the end of the month so all the jobs had to get in the mail which involved being copied and then packaged then to the post office before 5:00. As usual all the weeklies had to be done for the week plus the end of the month. I got my end done, Mrs. Boss is still working after 5:00 to get her end done. It's rough when the week ends on last working day of the month.
It's warmer today, all the way back up to 66, and should be higher tomorrow. It may not get back in the 30's for awhile. I hope not.
Tonight we may go out for awhile so it's possible I'll be late in the chatroom. It's been a very long week and I'm looking forward to a fun weekend.
