Shalimar, FL (Hi 64 Lo 52)
Sunday was the Emerald Coast Band concert. This is my third time hearing them and they're really good. They practice once a week and all volunteers (Click on all pictures to enlarge).
I love the decorated trumpet
Some of the decorations around the village.
Monday was crafters day. We all have something different to do. This one is some sort of Chinese needle point.
Small group but fun.
I went to chair fit in the afternoon. Yep, I was sore the next day. I didn't know you could do so many exercises sitting in a chair, but sure is better on the knees.
In the evening we had a small party with the card ladies in our village.
Berries that were picked from our bushes. It made a neat table decoration
All our gifts and cards
This is my gifts from everyone in the village this week.
Pizza, can't get any better
Tuesday I had diamond art then on to meditation. Cathy setup a table with the angel to pray for world peace. It was quite soothing.

Wednesday I went to Niceville for the crochet group. There were several people this week.
Lobster truck came in the evening. I bought four meals of different things. Love the lobster.
Friday was happy hour for the whole village. Santa came to visit and we had a great crowd. They always head for the bar first.
Santa hands out a gift, Christmas socks
A contest on ugliest sweater. I love this one.
This is part of our Village one.
In our village Joel sat on Santa's lap, this time Santa sat on his lap.
Mickey was trying to ride the reindeer, didn't make it.
Dancing
Then the Grinch showed up
Ashley with the Grinch playing behind her
And Rosie
You won't see this very often.
Saturday I went to Pensacola with my neighbor. It was a gorgeous day and she wanted to go to Barrancas National Cemetery. We got turned around coming back home but we saw more of Pensacola.
We had lots of water to get over and high bridges.
