Auburndale, FL (Hi 91 Lo 68)
The start of this week was with RV'ing friends. We met up with Darlene and Jim along with Ed and Lessie. (Click on photos to enlarge).
We went to Jacaranda hotel and restaurant in Avon Park about an hour from us. They have a great buffet meal on Sunday's and close at 2:00. We sat in the hotel back part at a table and spent the afternoon talking away.
We noticed we were getting hungry again and at 6:30 we decided to go the Hibachi Chinese restaurant about five miles south. It's another buffet, which means it's a lot of food for one day. We sure can't say we were hungry. We closed the place and headed home about 8:30. It was great being with everyone. If you want to see more pictures and more info Darlene did her blog about the day. The rest of the week was fairly quiet. I had a full body massage which I'll try to do every other month. The one I go to every other week only works with my neck. The full body works on feet and legs along with the neck and back. The feet have pressure points for areas of the whole body and makes a big difference on how I feel. It's amazing what massages can do for you.
Thursday Jim took the car in for 110,000 mile service. We need to get it ready for our trip to Illinois so this month was a good time to get it done.

Wow, I can't even imagine eating at a buffet again. We miss the Chinese buffet here.
