This is what it looks like in six weeks, quite a difference from the first week. The little strips of tape will eventually fall off. I'm not to take them off. I'm walking most of the time short distances without the cane, but when it swells I use the cane for less weight on the knee. I need to take it easy without rushing. (Patience is NOT in my genes).
We love Florida in the winter, we get to see people that are traveling through the area. We were so glad to have Terri and Mike stay in the park a few days. Terri had a cold so we didn't see her the first couple days, but when she was well enough to go to Jacaranda, our favorite buffet restaurant we went for lunch and invited Harry and Jessica who joined us.
Easter decorations at the Jacaranda.
While Terri and Mike were here, we called Paul and Jill who are in another park not far from us. Paul just had hip surgery, so we're called the bionic couple.
Mike and Harry are standing and Paul and Jill are sitting. It's great getting everyone together.

I've been busy with physical therapy and nurse visits, three times this week. In the meantime, I finished the peppermint lap throw for a friend.
We have another busy week coming up, so see you next Friday.

Len had his surgery in October and still limbs some days. So, you are going just fine.
We will be spending some time in Florida next January and February so just might run into all you Floridians.
Oh my...I need to proofread better. He LIMPS.... not limbs. Although it's a limb that gives him issues.
Glad you are on the mend! We missed you in Florida this winter!
It was nice to be able to spend some time with you. We had a great time while we were there. Too bad we were not able to stay longer, there's so much to do in that area. We're looking forward to seeing you again next winter.
