Visiting Florida Friends - Movie Day

(New Stanton, PA)  Hi 80 Lo 67 -- This is our last day in New Stanton and tomorrow we'll be moving along. We're ready; our internet has been really slow here. The park wi-fi is slow and spotty, and our Verizon signal is really weak.

Yesterday we drove a little over an hour to Beaver Falls, PA to see some of our Florida friends. Bill and Doris had us over for the day, along with Dick and Sandra, and Martha Jean. They're all members of our card night group at Adelaide Shores RV Park in Avon Park, FL where we spend our winters. Doris prepared a nice lunch for us, then we spent a couple of hours playing cards, with a lot of fun and laughs.

Left to right:  Martha Jane, Doris, Sandy, Bill, Dick and Jim

Thanks Doris and Bill for hosting us. We had a wonderful time. We'll see you all in Florida in a few months.

I took an inventory of my crocheted critters. Except for a couple of items I sold, here's my whole collection. (Click on the picture to enlarge it.)

It's been a very relaxing summer, and I've enjoyed all the time I've had for crocheting. I still have a few more doggies to make.

Today we went to see the movie Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. It was an excellent movie, with a lot of action and suspense. And there's also Tom Cruise! We highly recommend it.

We're on the move tomorrow, heading back to Ohio. See you in a few days.
