Dakotah Meadows RV Park

(Prior Lake, MN) Hi 74 Lo 59 – This park is beautiful and a great place to stay. We like being next door to a casino, with food nearby if we want to eat out.

This is our site. It's a concrete, pull thru double site with full hookups. We had neighbors only two of our five nights here.






There are tee pees around the park that you can rent.






A playground for the kids. The casino is about a quarter mile away.

Also on site is a self-service gas/diesel island and a large car/RV wash station. We've never seen that before.


We have this the view from our side window and the fountain has a nice calming sound. (When there aren't kids flying up and down the street on skateboards, that is.)

We’ve enjoyed staying in the area. We highly recommend this park. Strangely they only allow you to stay for up to two weeks, but you can stay longer with "special approval." Whatever that means.

Tomorrow we're headed to Wisconsin. On the way out in the morning we're stopping by the local Goodyear dealer to have our new replacement tire installed. They wouldn't give us a good deal on a wheel for the extra tire we now have. So we'll stow the tire in the back of the truck and look for a used wheel when we get to Elkhart, IN. I'm sure a used wheel won't be hard to find in that area. Meanwhile, does anyone need a brand new 16-inch E-rated tire on an aluminum wheel?
