(Avon Park, FL) Hi 82 Lo 50 -- First thing this morning I went to get groceries. We were out of about everything, and since we're trying to change our eating habits I had to get a lot of vegetables and fruit. It took a while, and when I got back and got everything put away it was time to go to the last session of our nutrition class.
The class was four hours long, and it ended with just enough time for us to come home and grab our "potluck kit" (dinnerware) and head to the clubhouse for a potluck dinner. We met a new couple who recently arrived in the park, Archie and Anne from Nova Scotia. They are facebook friends of Elaine and Rick, also from New Brunswick.
After dinner I did a 20-minute walk. It's the first time I've seen the Christmas lights throughout the park. The sun had just gone down and it was 73 degrees. It just can't get any better!

Good for you on eating more fruits and veggies.
Now that we are sitting for 4 months, I am back to eating healthy. Not going to be as much eating out, and when it warms up (50's!) we'll be walking and riding our bikes.
Way to go...can't beat fruits and vegetables and that daily walk!!!
