Jim went to the Avon Park library today, so that was my chance to clean up the RV. I got the sweeper out and Jim was back to pick up our jumper cables. He was going to take the truck, to give it some "exercise." When he got to the truck, there was a beeping sound. It seems he left the Pressure Pro tire pressure monitors plugged in when we arrived here. Sometime since he last drove the truck two weeks ago one of the tires lost enough air to set off the alarm. Apparently it happened long enough ago to run the battery down. One of the park residents was nearby in his truck and he helped Jim get it started. It held the charge fine, so everything's ok.
After sweeping the carpets, I decided to scrub them with Resolve. It took about an hour, and by that time I wanted to be outside so I took a walk and stopped at Debbie's to see if she could come out and play. We visited for awhile and were joined by Elaine. They were both cleaning carpets and cupboards so I didn't stay long. I did some more walking around then came back to the RV, and by that time Jim got home. I worked on the calendar and put in all the dates we need to get appointments done, and visiting throughtout the state. It's almost full until middle of February. I love this area, so many RV'ers are here and we're going to visit a lot of them.
We went to the monthly potluck dinner at the clubhouse. There weren't very many there, but we still had a wonderful meal. We sat with Kathleen and Jon, and Rick and Elaine. I took a picture, but when I stuck the camera's SD card in the card slot on my laptop it got jammed and broke. I've been having trouble with that card slot but I thought I could get it to work one more time. Fortunately that was the only photo on the card so I didn't lose much. Now I need to get another card.
We went back home and settled in for the evening. Tomorrow we plan to go to a wine and cheese tasting at the clubhouse, which I'm really looking forward to.

What? 198 blogs and we arent one of them?? i think you should make us 199!
And I thought the 74 I had was just about all I could follow.......
And I thought I read a lot...wow! By the way, I like your location pointer; haven't seen that before!
I have never had a camera SD card, so I don't even know what they look like! I just plug the camera's little cord into a USB port on my computer. I heard that those cards or the slot can give trouble, so I don't think I want one.
Happy Trails, Penny.
