(Avon Park, FL) Hi 83 Lo 61 -- Jim had a day planned for himself in the Tampa area today. He went to Clearwater to one of the offices of his former employer, Progress Energy, to see some of his ex-coworkers. He made some very good friends while employed there, and two years after he left he still enjoys going to see them. While in the "big city" he also went to a movie theater that was showing "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy." It's a movie that isn't playing here in Sebring, and he's really been wanting to see it. It's not my kind of movie, so it was a good chance for him to see it on his own. I didn't have anything planned while he was gone. I was reading blogs and playing computer games when Elaine texted me that she and Debbie were going to Walmart. I jumped at the chance to go since I needed a few items.
When we left the park we saw a couple Sand Hill cranes wandering around the neighborhood. They are huge!
When we got back from Walmart we had some lunch and then went to the pool. It was very relaxing. I love my new "noodle," I just lean back and relax and float along. There were several people in the pool so we visited and got to know each other. Elaine and Debbie stayed awhile but I came home to clean up a bit. We're going to be gone tomorrow and we're having company Sunday, so I wanted to get a head start on cleaning up the place.
Jim got home about 5pm. He really enjoyed seeing his friends, and he said the movie was excellent. Overall, another nice day.

Eldy and I have trouble agreeing on a movie to see. I think we'd both like to see that one. "Me" time is always good though, when living in a motorhome full time!
