Kissimmee

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 81 Lo 60 -- We were both up early this morning. In our pre-retired lives I went for a therapeutic massage once a month. I start to get  tight muscles in a couple months without massages. My last massage was in September. Jim found a Groupon for half off a massage in Kissimmee.  We left at 8:30 for my 10am appointment. When we got to the address, there was no massage clinic there. Jim called the number and luckily the therapist answered the phone and told us she moved and gave us directions. It wasn't too far away, but the additional stress made me REALLY need a massage by the time we found her. Ahhhhhh, now I feel better, no more tight muscles.

Jim also bought a Groupon for a nearby deli, Orlando Slim's Phillysteaks, Gyros, and Wings. It was really good food and I had enough to bring home for tomorrow's lunch. We love Groupons, but they're usually in the bigger cities, like Orlando, Kissimmee, and Tampa. You can check them out at www.groupon.com.

We came home in time to get in the pool for a nice swim, then lay out in the sun. The water is maintained at 86 degrees, and the outside temperature was 81, so the breeze felt cool when you got out. It was just another perfect day.

We joined Ken, Debbie, Elaine, and Rick for the monthly spaghetti dinner at the clubhouse. There was a large crowd there, more than usually attend the potlucks. We got a big plate of spaghetti, with Italian bread, and ice cream for dessert.  Elaine decided the spaghetti sauce matched her clothing, so she wore it. As she was leaving the serving line the spaghetti slipped off her plate, went down her blouse, onto the floor and splattered on the wall. We can't take her anywhere! Sorry Elaine, just couldn't resist.

We sat outside Elaine and Rick's motor home for awhile after dinner. It's so nice out tonight, with the temperature in the 70's. We opened all the windows and will stay nice and cool tonight.
