Defending Myself -- Computer Reformat

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 79  Lo 48 -- I want to defend myself from yesterday's wine. I wasn't anywhere near out of it, just a slight buzz. I know my limits, although it was fun watching others not fairing so well. The spouses seemed to keep the other spouse in check, whether male or female. What a great time and now I have a list of wines to buy without knowing what they'd taste like. In our travels we can get those wines going across  the country. I can't wait till next year for another party.

After reading some blogs and emails I got involved in watching Animal Planet Network on TV. I enjoy watching shows about Alaska, but today they had some documentaries about Russia, mainly Siberia, where it gets down to minus 94 degrees in the winter. They showed animals that can live in that cold and how they survive. I'm hooked on those shows. While watching that I played my games both on my phone and the computer. Since we now have fast internet it's been so fun catching up on the fun I've been missing due to slow internet speeds.

Jim's laptop has been giving him trouble lately. It was getting so hot that the fan on it would run all the time, and some of the drivers were failing causing things like the touchpad and USB inputs to quit working. He decided to dig out the restore disks and reformat it today. It took most of the day to back it up, do the restore, and reload all his programs, but he has it back to brand new condition. That was an all-day project for him.

We love being here in 80 degree weather and doing what we want. I was going to go to the pool, but decided I've got it good right here in the RV learning about nature, courtesy of the Animal Planet Network. It was a very lazy day with nothing planned. The classic car show is tomorrow and we're looking forward to watching the cars start to arrive tomorrow morning. So, we'll be outside a lot tomorrow.
