What a day! We started at 8:30 getting the furniture with the help of a couple friends over to the apartment. Thank you so much Cyndi and Jeff. The couch was the hardest, it wouldn't go through the door without taking the hinges off. It fit ok going in the door at the apartment. It took more then five trips, after that I lost count. I was figuring to be totally in at 11:30, they only got the furniture over by then. We kept taking stuff to the apartment and less and less room to put anything. The kitchen is the worst. The refrigerator/freezer is bursting at the seams. By the time 6:00 came around if anyone would ask me about living in an RV, I'd tell them it ain't gonna happen. I'm tired, it was hot but no rain but it's DONE!!!

Jim and Dee last of it out of the condo.

Path from our lounge chair to the kitchen table

A path in front of where the TV will go.

Kitchen, where am I going to put all this stuff.

There's a sink in here somewhere.

Jim is fighting the air bed. He eventually won, so we have a bed to sleep on tonight.

Bedroom, bathroom combination. Just a small path to get to where we have to go.

Kitchen table, maybe it's there somewhere. It's not going to fit. So what doesn't fit will be tossed. It's time to purge more stuff. Believe me this isn't easy. I really give to credit to all the fulltimers.
Since I couldn't find anything we went to a new brat place to eat. Talk about a yummy meal. We'll be going there again before we leave town.
We have our HDTV, our lounge chairs, laptops and a bed. Nothing else is needed for tonight. Tomorrow will be cleaning and people getting the refrigerator and washer and dryer. It's going to be another hectic day.
DAYS TO CLOSE ON CONDO 4Time left to get on the Road 21 weeks
(Just a reminder, this date is so we can get to Rockport, TX to meet up with RV-Dreams gathering by March 1)

Dee, I think every fulltimer goes through some version of this. You will get to the point where you will be ready to randomly toss things out even if you thought you couldn't live without them.
