INFO UPDATE - Falling into Place

I was a little late getting to the post office picking up the office mail. There were school buses everywhere. I thought they started school NEXT week, it was today. I also got a call from our Realtor on the way to work, so that started my day off really good. More on that in a second.

Work was interesting. The "boy" that has the twins has been back talking the boss for weeks. Today he blew up and so did the boss, words and tempers flew. I was so worried about Mr Boss, he's not in good health and when he gets mad his heart really beats and he gets more winded. I think Mrs Boss was worried too, she would not let him sit down but to walk a bit around the office till he settled down. I didn't know that's what you're suppose to do when you lose your temper, but that's what she did. I'm not sure what's going to happen in the next couple days.

NEWS UPDATE:
I left at 1:00 and went straight to the apartment. I wasn't sure where we stood, if we had it or not, but the lady hadn't had time to call me about the credit check alert. I told her it was ok so she told me that we can move in on the 26th of August and not have to worry about the extra days till the first. It's empty and ready to go and I've been there so often checking on getting an apartment for the last couple years, so she's giving us a couple days without paying for it.

Our Realtor's news is a date of August 25 for the inspection. The lady also wants carpeting people in to measure the floors. The place is suppose to be clean and ready for them. We don't have much here so that's no problem. The Realtor doesn't think we should move everything over to the apartment till after the inspection and the final loan approval. The appraisal shouldn't be a problem, they're not really coming in to do it. I'm not sure what that all entails, as long as it goes for what the contract says we're set to go. I'm going to pack more "stuff" tomorrow morning before work from the kitchen and put in a corner all the stuff that still needs to be sold. There's not much, but still enough that it needs to be done.

I still have lots of bedding and blankets to get rid of. I'll have another book shelf ready after tomorrow morning. I'm already feeling the loss of the desk, just no where to put the bills and check books etc. I'll figure that out for the RV living.

We're moving right along. My mind is swimming but it's going well so far, still worried something will happen to the loan. Banks are really tight.

Time left to get on the Road 24 weeks 5 days
(Just a reminder, this date is so we can get to Rockport, TX to meet up with RV-Dreams gathering by March 1)
