ALL Done - Painting and Selling

Thank you to all that commented giving us good luck in the sale of the condo. It's great knowing people are out there wishing us luck. I hope those that are selling the same luck, so you can get on with your dreams.

Our painter from yesterday came today to repaint the bathroom. This time it was done really well and should pass anyone's approval.

I was emailing back and forth on Craigslist emails for the desk and chair. Altogether we received nine emails wanting the set, but very few had a truck or big enough vehicle to pick it up. Am I being too critical? If you are interested in something large wouldn't you have something in mind to pick it up in? Anyway, with some calls back and forth the first person that was on the list was a kid from NC State University that came out and bought it. He borrowed a truck and three boys came and got the desk, chair and we added a bookcase for his college books. He's moving in the dorm tomorrow so was thankful to get it all. They were great kids.

I cleaned up the room and sorted out all the wires going to the old desktop and got a TV table for the printer and WIFI equipment. We are now at the point nothing can be sold till we actually move into the RV. Just one step closer. Now we're back to getting everything ready for another showing OR the counter offer is accepted on Wednesday or Thursday.

We did find out that the lady that wants to buy is using Realtor relative. She doesn't want anyone else working with her. That makes sense.

The Nascar race was cancelled due to rain so it's tomorrow at noon. I'll watch the race and move grocery shopping to Tuesday with mom. The rest of the day I read blogs and watched TV.

Time left to get on the Road 26 weeks
(Just a reminder, this date is so we can get to Rockport, TX to meet up with RV-Dreams gathering by March 1)

I think you were being very reasonable with the sale of your desk, Dee. It's the responsibility of the buyer to arrange delivery of what they're buying.

Your dream is becoming real...being a full timer. Now that is wonderful!
