WHAT was I THINKING!!!

Ok, if you want a laugh, I have a great one for you. It's Wednesday, my hours at work for Wednesday is 12-5.

I was really looking forward to a great nights sleep and not getting up till 10:30 or 11. That's what I went to bed thinking, so I didn't set the alarm. At 2:00 am, I woke up thinking about our move, what to do to get ready and what to sell, so rolled and tossed till about 5:00. Jim got up at 6:00 and I rolled over set the alarm for 8:40, not thinking at all and finally went back to sleep. I woke up just before 8:40, got up did my normal coffee drinking and blog reading and left for work at 9:30. I'm still not thinking. I went to the post office and got to work right at 10:00. My boss asked why I was early, then it hit me. I COULD have slept in another two hours. I was going to go back home, but she had so much to do to get copies made and make client books, that I would be on billable time if I stayed, so I stayed earned a couple more hours of wages and was on client time. I guess it works out, but I sure don't know why I didn't figure out it was my late day.

It was a long day, but I had lots to do and it went well. On my way home, I was almost in a wreck. Someone was turning left with a stream of cars coming, he turned left and the guy coming straight swerved to miss him and almost hit me. He went over the curb, tore off his bumper but was ok. No one stopped but a lot of us saw it. I know the guy that swerved was upset and he had a right to be. It was too close of a call and I was shaken up.

See everyone in chat. I'm waiting for the laugh.

Days left to sell the condo and order the RV 4 mths 17 days
