Merry Christmas 2008

I hope everyone had a great Christmas this year. It's great knowing people get together at the campgrounds. We had calls from both our sons and talked to the older grandchildren. Our son in Chicago is tired of the snow and cold but is doing well. The son that lives in St. Louis area, is warmer and doing well but tired of the ice storms. Jim's family is doing fine and going from one person to the other visiting like they do every year.

I had my mom and a friend over like we did last year for Christmas. This year I bought a 5lb ham and it was terrible. The whole thing was nothing but fat. It was depressing, but with the sweet potatoes, mixed veggies, salad and chocolate or pumpkin pie we made a meal that filled us up. The rest of the afternoon was spent with Myth Busters TV shows. It was a marathon all day with them, you learn so much from what they do and prove or disapprove myths.

I took mom home late evening. The rest of the evening was reading blogs and seeing what people are doing around the RV world.

Days left to sell the condo and order the RV 5 mths 6 days.
