Loans - Interest = YIKES!

Brrrr, got up to 32 degrees this morning with frost on the windows. This is the time of year I won't be thinking of getting any RV, it's too cold to look at one or live in one without a lot of heat. I don't take to the cold very well.

This is Monday, so it's the early day and I was the first one to work again. Everyone else got in about 10 minutes later. The bosses had left at 1:30am so they weren't in a good mood, that's ok, my time is limited. I'll take advantage of the new raise and work as long as it takes to get the RV paid for which could be awhile.

At 1:00 I got mom and we ate lunch, then went on to do our errands. I went to our credit union and checked on the possibility of a loan and what the interest rate would be in the next couple months. We can only get a loan for a bigger fifth wheel, which is ok, ours won't be less then 23 footer. The interest rate was 9.75%. OUCH! The one we had for the little truck was 5% - + so it's gone up a lot. It looks like we'll have to the watch the sign of the times and see if it's feasible to get on the road soon. Oh well, we'll do what we have to do, where there's a will, there's a way.

I got home just in time to start dinner, read a few blogs and on to the chat room.
