Almost Back to Normal

It was a busy day! I like those days it makes them go faster. I got up 7:45, which is earlier then normal but wanted to check on mom. She needed to have her prescriptions picked up and wasn't sure if she could take them, but we had to get them before the weekend. She was still really sick. Jim was home today so I went to work at 9:30.

It was real busy at work with the normal Friday job plus what I still had to do from Wednesday. I got it all done, then the boss needed some changes. It figures, when I get it done he'd do that, it's no longer surprising. It's just like programming, you get a program going well and someone wants to do a change that ends up major work. That's ok, only 89 weeks to go if all goes well.

Mr Smoothy, was missing again. That was one of the changes, when he finally called in he was in SC and not anywhere close to where he was suppose to be, like in the office. Now a background on why I hate this so bad along with all the other co-workers. We work on a client basis of getting something out on time. We work as a group and when 90% of the work gets done per month we get a bonus. The higher the % the more the bonus. We've missed the bonus for 5 months now because Mr. Smoothy isn't doing his part in helping getting the work out on time. It messes us all up. We can't force the boss on letting him go, but sure would like him to do something about it.

I got off work at 5:00 and called mom. She's finally keeping food down and feeling like it's going to pass. I was about to put an SOS out to everyone tonight in chat for prayers and good vibes, I was really getting worried. She's doing better, so those that have already thought about her, thank you so much. The next big doctor appointment is August 7. The results and what will be next will be August 14.

After dinner I checked the house one more time for anything that I can take to the garage sale. I'll be on chat, but won't be staying quite so late we have to get up and over to the place where the garage sale is by 7:00.
