Shiloh, IL (Hi 36 Lo 25) Artic blast coming
It took all week to get rid of headache and fever but by Friday I was feeling human. Still have a stuffy nose but on the downside so now to keep it that way. I have to be so careful not to get pneumonia. If I stay warm and dry it should work.
I finished the orders for people for their gifts for Christmas. Snoopy, Panda, and Ram
I decided to pull out the little Christmas tree and set it on the puzzle table. I noticed only two apartments have decorated this year, at least so far. I haven't been out to see if people in area have put up decorations. I worked at hospice on Thursday. I won't be going back till January now, it's just not worth going in for half hour. It's the slow time of year and in January I can help them start new 2023 filing system. It's suppose to be in single digits starting next week and I'm not getting out unless I have to (Christmas is exception).
I watched the storm chasers for a couple days with tornado outbreak in the Southeast. Weather patterns are changing and it's been a wild couple years with December tornadoes.
Jefferson Barracks has a wreath laying day for grave sites and we wanted to lay one on Jim's grave so we went Saturday. We were in the long line to get into the cemetery for two hours. We picked up a box of wreaths to lay out and then one for Jim's grave. He's been gone now 15 months. It's getting bareable, but miss him terribly. Frank, Angie and grandson Kendall went to the gravesite. A bunch of deer went in front of us while standing at the grave.

There were people everywhere. We left and went to lunch at the same place we did last year, Cafe Telegraph. Very good food, but like anywhere else, it was higher in price then last year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND READERS. I feel loved when I hear from so many of you. It's been a lonely year. I feel for those that have lost a mate this year.
