(Havelock, NC) Hi 58 Lo 45 -- We had our heat pump on all night. It's going to get down to freezing tonight, but it should warm up again by next week. We're leaving for South Carolina Sunday, where we’re hoping it’s warmer.
Although we have one more day here at Pelican Point, I thought I'd do our park photo recap today. Click on the photos to enlarge them.
Entrance road to the park.

The office just down from our site.
I forgot to take a picture of the bath house and laundry building. It's really nice with two washers, two dryers, and a nice lounge with a flat screen TV.
A couple of miles from the RV park is this newly constructed Marina that's opening soon.
This lodge is part of the new marina, and also will be opening soon.
Judy and I went to get some supplies for tomorrow’s family dinner at Sharon's (Jim's sister), and on the way back Judy noticed a hitchhiker. He didn’t like the wipers so he disappeared somewhere under the hood.
Since we'll be busy tomorrow we used today to prepare for our move on Sunday. Jim did the laundry, and while he was gone I cleaned the interior of the RV and started stowing things for the move. Jim checked all the tires and had to put some air in a couple of truck tires. The only thing left to do is dump the tanks, which we'll do Sunday morning before we leave.
