Spring Cleaning

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 75 Lo 47 -- It was a beautiful day and we had nothing scheduled, so we tackled the basement storage bays today. They weren't real disorganized, but they did need a good cleaning. It's amazing how much dirt gets blown in over time. Jim took everything out and I swept them out with my small vacuum cleaner. I heard a couple of clanks, figuring a couple of screws were sucked in. Jim crawled around inside checking all the panels and water lines for missing screws and, worse, water leaks. He didn't find any screws missing, but one inner wall panel was loose because it didn't line up properly with a neighboring panel and the nails never bit into the wood. He easily took care of it.

We don’t carry a lot with us. This is most of what we carry in the main basement. The only things not in the photo are the toolbox, air compressor, and gas grill.

We have a large shallow storage area in the back of the rig. Our folding chairs and loungers take up most of the space, but we also keep this stuff there too. (The satellite dish goes in the back of my car when we're traveling.)

All clean and everything put away. Main storage area.

Rear storage. Plenty of room for the chairs.

We took a nice long walk then watched the Hurricanes in an afternoon hockey game. We’re going to a couple's place tonight to play the card game Hand and Foot. It's been a while since we last played that.
