HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013!

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 74 Lo 46 -- Happy New Year to all our readers, friends and family. I wish everyone a great 2013 with health, wealth and happiness. I hope you continue to follow us during the upcoming new year.

I quit making resolutions years ago, they normally don't last more than a week so why make them. We're hoping to have another great travel season this summer. But for now we're in the wonderful state of Florida with great wintertime temperatures.

I went to play Mexican Train (dominoes) today and had a great time. I'm still learning so I'm still coming in last. It's a fun game the way it's played here.

I walked with Judy when the game was done, then stopped to talk to several people in the park. There were a lot of people walking or out in golf carts today. The Schwann truck came today, so we stocked up on some of the food items we like that only they carry. Jim did the laundry and took his walk.

Judy and Jimmy are coming over to help us celebrate the new year. We're going to watch a movie then watch the ball come down in NY to end our year. See you next year!
