Set Up For the Winter

(Avon Park, FL) Hi 77 Lo 58 -- It was a nice day, with sunshine finally. I went for a mile walk with Kathleen then helped Jim get our patio set up. We put out our rug and attached the sun blocker to our awning. I also put some rope lights down along the edge of the patio.

It took a couple hours to get everything done, and by that time it was time for lunch. After we sat around for awhile Jim went for his walk and I swept out the RV. The floors are always a mess after we move, from all the tracking in and out while going through our departure routine. Now with a clean outside and inside we're ready for fun.

I have lots of projects to do, and one was to get rid of pots and pans I don't use any more. I'll be getting rid of several things in the next few weeks. One of Jim's projects will be to self-teach himself a photo editing program that he purchased a while back.

I chatted online with a school mate who's making a trip to Florida in January, and we hope to get together then. That's about it for today. After dinner we did our usual TV and chatting.
