Temperature dropped a lot last night, so we have the furnace on again. It's suppose to be back to 80 by Thursday. It wasn't suppose to rain today, but it did.
Work went well. I finished up the project from last week and had an hour to read Facebook and a couple blogs.
We got a call from the dealer and everything is on schedule and may be a week earlier then planned. We should have our RV by next week or no later then November 12. We're going to stay at the dealer two days and one night to use it with someone around in case something is not right. Jim wants to drive it around the parking lot and park it a few times with guidance. We're both getting really excited.
I took mom and her friend to get groceries then back to the apartment till 4:00. Mom's doctor appointment for her toe is today. The rest of the week is busy but I'll gather up stuff to take with us to the dealer and be ready when they call. There's nothing to write about, yet. Hang in there, we'll have plenty to say before long.

Excitement builds! You must be on pins & needles now.
Don't worry too much about driving the rig. Once you get it hitched, it isn't much different than just driving the pickup, except of course, you have to swing wider when turning. In the words of the old spiritual, "Swing Wide, Sweet Chariot"!
I've been reading your blog for a few weeks and will be interested to learn how things go with the delivery of your Cameo 5th wheel. We are trying to decide which brand to buy, Carriage or HitchHiker. I wish you both well in your new venture and look forward to learning all about your new RV.
ohhweeeee such a countdown, how exciting! I really like your plan of staying overnight in the dealers lot and going over everything with a fine tooth comb. Very smart!
Jim...you will do fine. Just don't forget the trailer is back there...HE HE. That is how easy it is to pull...you forget it is back there.
