Hitch has Been Installed - Mom has Help

A great day of getting things done, at least AFTER work. It was sunny and up to 73 this morning but this afternoon it clouded up.

I didn't do anything at work but the usual blogs and bejeweled on Facebook. I asked if there was anything to do and Mrs boss said just file and answer the phone and she left. Mr boss went through one of his fits but not at me so I'm glad that will be over soon too.

I went straight to the social security office from work, there were very few people. I knew another RV-Dreamer would be there and sure enough we met up. They're going to the rally in April, so they'll learn all the stuff we did in 2008 for full time. We are so thankful for Howard & Linda from the RV-Dreams.com that started our early retirement to freedom. I was only at the SS office for half hour. I went to mom's to see how her meeting was going. The ladies that are from the care givers group were still there and mom has signed up with them. It's quite a relief to know she has backup.

Now for the biggest thing of the day. Jim got the hitch put in the truck. When the dealer calls, we're set to go. One of the chatters happened to find a hitch dealer here in town and saved us some money from not buying it at the dealers. The hitch is for 20k pounds, so we'll have plenty of weight allowance. We're one more step closer.
