Still Looking for Wedding Outfit

It's Monday, it's ALWAYS hard to get up on Monday's. I got to work and happen to think the "kids" have been on time at 8:00 and the Boss hasn't yelled too much the past two weeks. I'm hoping that continues. Mrs Boss will be gone tomorrow to another Lacrosse game for her son, so she wants me in about 11:00. That will give me two hours overtime this week, I'll take it.

I got off at 1:00 today, came home for a bite to eat and picked up mom to go look for a dress for the wedding. I got an email today from the bride asking me what color I'm picking so she can order the corsage. I still have over a month, but thought today would be a good one to at least get started in the search.

I thought of a suit. I'd really like to wear a pantsuit, but it just doesn't seem quite right. I'm not young anymore and found this cool suit on the internet, it might work, if it was the earlier years. I can hear our son laughing.




Then I thought about a dress. I tried on both, the suit and the dress in a formal shop. The first two were suppose to be my size but I couldn't get in it even if someone poured me into it. So I went to a size larger. I guess all that pizza yesterday gave me a few pounds. I would REALLY like to get into something like this (pictured). That's NOT going to happen.



At this point, I'll still need more time. I guess I'll go up a size and still look for whatever looks the best when I find it. Tonight I'm checking Craigslist. I just can't bring myself to pay big bucks for something I'll never wear again since we'll be going in to the RV soon. Follow along, this should be fun to see what color and what I get.
