Good Friday - FIRST SHOWING!

The day started out really nice with a warm breeze and clouds, then ending the day with storms. Jim got up an hour before me, but I didn't have to get to work till 10 so I had time to socialize with him a bit.

Work went well, even though Mr Boss was tired and in a bad mood he didn't bother us. Everyone did well in getting stuff out today and all was well with the weeklies. I have to get you updated on the "messy" back room. I decided since both bosses have been out of the office to get rid of three boxes of old magazines, some from 2003. It looks so much better just getting those boxed up and out. I still need a bookcase to put the books in, but I'm making good headway in the spare room. When I put them in my car they shifted and when I turned right, it made the car jump right, had to laugh about that one.

At 3:00 I got a call from the Realtor on the hotline number asking if we could be out of the condo from 4:00-5:00. I called Jim so he would leave and he left on a couple errands. My boss let me go early today at 3:30 so I could go to the post office then go home. I got home right at 4:00, but I parked in another area to watch the front of the condo. At 4:20 someone drove up and a guy got out, the driver stayed in the car. He was an older guy (our age) and they stayed till after 5:00. Jim was on the other side of the condo watching them on the deck. It was starting to storm and we had another appointment so Jim went in and they left. We have a website to check showings and it's listed, but there's no feed back. I guess we just wait and see at this point.

I'm so excited, just that we have our very first showing is so awesome! I know, I won't get my hopes up to high, (duh) but I think it's great someone actually showed up.
